Well you have to get used to it! But during the summer we usually run in the evening or early morning :)
Today our team had a doughnut run.

We ran down to Dunkin Doughnuts (About three miles) eat three doughnuts and we sprinted back in the wind and rain.
I still feel sick, but it was so worth it.
